Scope of Services
The City desires to procure a vendor to provide the following services:
1. Rehab the North Wastewater Reclamation Facility Biosolids Gravity Belt Thickener System:
a. Rehabilitation of 1 Gravity Belt Thickener
b. Provide new two (2) independent master control panels and field instrumentation.
2. Rehab the South Wastewater Reclamation Facility Biosolids Belt Press System:
a. Rehabilitation of the Belt Filter Press (one)
b. Provide one (1) new master control panel, remote control panel and field
instrumentation.

"All logic will be performed via Allen Bradley CompactLogix L16ER programmable logic controller (PLC), with NO network communication capabilities." - The "ER" designation means "Ethernet Redundant" and it comes with 2 ethernet ports. Networking is required for OIT (HMI) connection. Would a more robust CompactLogix L30ER be acceptable? |

In both sections it states the City will provide means to dispose of packing and old parts and the City will offload shipments. Please confirm since below answer states that vendor will need to provide their own dumpster for disposal. |
