**TSB POSTING**
Sealed bids will be received by the Iowa Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship, Division of Soil Conservation and Water Quality (Division), via the Iowa Management of Procurement and Contracts System (IMPACS), until 3:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The bid opening, open to the public, will be held through IMPACS at 3:15 PM local time, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, when bids will be read aloud. Interested parties may call in to hear the bid opening using the Microsoft Teams call-in number: + 1 469-998-7627 code: 535669719#. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor. This project includes 2 bioreactors and 5 saturated buffer structures located in Sac and Calhoun County, Iowa. The estimated cost range for this project is $97,000-$101,000. Some of the materials required for this project include: water control structures (WCS), woodchips, geotextile fabric, perforated and non-perforated piping, outlet structures, amidst other items. In general, the work involves, and is not limited to, excavation, earthwork, grading, mobilization, and seeding.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, on September 16, 2025 at the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Calhoun County Office, 325 Court Street, Rockwell City 50579. Attendance at the pre-bid conference by prospective bidders is not mandatory but is encouraged.

To be considered in a final addendum, written questions must be received by 3:00 PM on October 1, 2025.
