Description: Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a non-competitive Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a firm fixed price (FFP) pricing arrangement to Hawkeye 360, Inc. (CAGE: 7JD09) under the authority for other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Hawkeye 360, Inc.450 Springpark PL STE 500Herndon, Virginia 20170-5273Under the contemplated effort under a five-year ordering period, Hawkeye 360 Inc. will be tasked with providing commercial radio frequency (RF) data and analytics subscriptions covering the Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean and South China Sea, Mission Space Licenses, mobile training teams and analytical support to assist customers with interpreting and understanding data. This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00PM PST on 8 July 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
