Request for Quote to provide “Vehicle rental services for NIH located at National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) Chetpet, Chennai, India” as per Specification provided herewith.

The U.S. Consulate General Chennai (Consulate) invites you to participate in this solicitation to provide “Vehicle rental services for NIH” as described in attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a period of Six-months, tentatively to start from December 16, 2024 - June 2025, with Option to extend the terms of the contract for further period beyond June 2025 not to exceed 6 months in all at the same terms and conditions subjects to vendor’s satisfactory performance, availability of funds and requesting office approval.

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation documents. Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

1. Deadline to submit technical queries: Friday, November 22nd, 2024, by COB (IST) to EscobarTA@state.gov cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov


2. Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Tuesday, December 03rd, 2024, by noon (IST) to EscobarTA@state.gov cc to ChennaiProcurementFSNS@state.gov

• Vendor must have service support availability in Chennai, India [Mandatory].


• Overseas vendors intending to participate in this bid must provide documents in support of their claim of available service support, with past performance details in Chennai. Failure of submission will result in decline of Quote.
