N66001-25-Q-6404 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to DILO Company, Inc. The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with DILO Company, Inc. under FAR 13.106-1(b). This is a purchase request to procure a recovery system that will be used for the safe recovery, purification and storage of SF6 Gas. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:Item 0001: SF6 Recovery System x1A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334514 and the business size standard is 850 (in employees).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
