The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Fischer. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001:AS-4543/URC Mass Clamp Current Probe (MCCP) antenna unit Manufacturer: Fischer Custom Communication Inc P/N: FCC-230-51N(2A) QTY: 2. The above items include Fischer?s commercially available MCCP Antenna Units. Fischer is the only capable source who can provide the required products. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. The point of contact for this announcement is Andrew Cornwell at andrew.d.cornwell.civ@us.navy.mil.
