The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with BlueFors Oy under FAR 13.106-1(b).This is a purchase request to procure installation sets that will be used to install RF and coaxial cables for the BlueFors dilution refrigerator. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 335931 and the business size standard is 600 (in employees).Interested offerors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
