This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 (effective 22 May 2024) and DFARS Publication Notice 20240530 (effective 30 May 2024). The Government intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract from this solicitation.

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of FAR Part 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes and all quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Harpoon Warhead Section Wooden Crates. These crates are to be produced IAW drawing SC72B129000-1001 REV N. Also, the crates are preserved with copper 8 and require a performance-oriented packaging (POP) certification in accordance with DOT packaging regulations, by certified vendor.
