N2 Network Repair Project – Contract 1 - Excavate and Repair Sanitary Sewer Pipelines

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority located at 9888 PA-285, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time May 22, 2026, for the following:
N2 Network Repair Project – Contract 1 - Excavate and Repair Sanitary Sewer Pipelines work is located on East Canal Dr, North Shore Dr, Carolyn Pl, Ryan Dr, and Sylvan Ave. in Summit Township, Crawford County, PA, as shown on the plans. Excavation and replacement of 8-inch transite sanitary sewer pipeline segments. Pipe shall be left in the ground and new 8-inch PVC installed, apply new bedding material, and reconnection of lateral connections and street restoration.
The bids will be opened publicly and read at the above address in the Sadsbury Municipal Building at the apparent time and place.
Bidding forms and specifications may be obtained at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's, treasurer's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instructions to Bidders" section of the specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority.
The minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project.
All bids must be upon the form furnished by the Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority.
Proposal documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid by the date and time indicated.
Proposals may be withdrawn, altered or otherwise modified within PennBid at any time prior to the due date and time. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60 days after date of bid opening.
Questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid no later than the date and time indicated. Responses to questions which require an addendum or changes to the Bidding Documents will be issued via a Public Notice and posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified by email when a change or addenda has been posted.
The Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any and all informalities in connection therewith.
