The City of Brunswick, Maryland ("City") invites qualified professional engineering firms to submit proposals to provide design-phase engineering services only for the Phase 2A and Phase 2B North Maple Avenue Sidewalk Improvement Project . The selected Consultant will prepare a complete, bid-ready design package suitable for public advertisement and subsequent construction procurement. Construction, construction inspection, construction administration, and construction management services are expressly excluded.
