Overview
Summary

The City of Lebanon is soliciting firm fixed price bids for the complete demolition of three structures located at 375 N Main Street. Demolition will include but not be limited to the complete demolition, removal and disposal of wood frame structures, debris, interior walls, floors, contents, site debris and garbage and site restoration. Coordination and notifications of adjacent property owners will be required in addition to maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the vicinity of the work site. Contractors will be responsible for all permits and asbestos survey.

City staff will be on site Friday March 14th at 9:00am to walk through the scope of work.

This project is part of a 155-B hazardous and depilated building enforce action. The City of Lebanon has obtained a court order for the demolition of the building. This order is subject to an appeal, the contract may be withdrawn if so, ordered by the court.
