1015-1045 N. Lake Avenue Housing Development Opportunity

The City of Pasadena (“City”) and Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley (“PPPSGV”) are issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for a multifamily housing project to be developed on their adjoining properties located at 1015-1045 N. Lake Avenue. Planned Parenthood and the City desire a joint effort to maximize the residential development potential of these sites; both parties particularly desire the development of affordable rental housing. The combined sites total approximately 1.70 acres combined. The City and PPPSGV anticipate that the project will yield at least 90 dwelling units.
