Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at the College of
Southern Idaho at 315 Falls Avenue, Twin Falls, ID 83301 in the Taylor Administration/Student
Union Building, Room 102 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, April 4, 2024 for DPW Project
24097 N. College Rd ADA Ped Sidewalk, College of Southern Idaho, Twin Falls, Idaho
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include construction of new sidewalk, signage,
manholes and pedestrian ramp replacement.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m., prevailing
local time, at the College of Southern Idaho, McManaman Maintenance and Campus Safety Building
Bldg. #300, Twin Falls, Idaho Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Architect (Engineer) for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
