25-N1056C - KETCHIKAN PIONEER HOME COURTYARD CONCRETE

Hi,

The State of Alaska, Department of Family and Community Services is seeking quotes to provide all labor, supervision, materials and permits to remove and replace the concrete patio at the Ketchikan Pioneer home.

Quotes must be received before 2:00 PM local time September 2, 2025, by EMAIL only at fcs.facilities@alaska.gov prior to the date and time shown above.  Offerors are responsible to provide a timely delivery, and receipt of their bids.  Bidders are cautioned that due to mailbox restrictions, we cannot receive bids over 20MB in size. Copies of the IFQ and attachments may  be downloaded below.

If you download the proposal from here, you must register with the Contracting Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Contracting Officer may result in the rejection of your offer. If you received the IFQ from an email from me you are already registered.

Copies of the IFQ are also available upon request from the Procurement Officer.
