1. What OSHA Certification is required for the Site Superintendent? Does VA require a specific certification?
OSHA 10 is the minimum.
2. Can you provide any additional feedback regarding any issues encountered during the last window installation in the boiler room?
There were no issues encountered.
3. Were there any after-action reports filed by the previous contractor who performed the last window installation in the boiler room?
There were no after-action reports filed.
4. Did the previous contract have any issues in the boiler room due to the age of the building?
No, the building is new.
5. Is there a VA requirement to have a site superintendent on site, with additional labor rates?
The site superintendent may also be the worker/laborer performing the work due to the size and scope of the work being performed.
6. For pricing, is it expected that we follow the Illinois Wage Determination or the General Schedule Administration guidance on Wages?
DOL WD 2015-5017 (Rev 28) 12/23/2024 are hereby incorporated into this solicitation.
