MAGNA WATER DISTRICT (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: MAGNA WRF OPERATIONS BUILDING

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Magna Water District located at 8885 West 3500 South, Magna, Utah, until Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The Work of this Contract comprises the construction of a new Operations Building which includes new bathrooms, showers, SCADA/control room, and breakroom. The new facility will allow for an updated space for the Magna Water District staff. The Work will generally include the following elements:

• New Operations Building with SCADA/control room, a breakroom, a utility room, a mudroom, and bathrooms with lockers and showers.
• Yard piping, utilities, and civil site

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: https://www.magnawaterut.gov/procurement-projects

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to notify trevor@magnawaterut.gov that they are a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, May 04, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Magna WRF Administration Building; 7764 West 2100 South, Magna Utah 84044. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
