MVDC Generator/Transfer Switch Preventive Maintenance

This solicitation is for all testing, inspections, preventive maintenance and repair services for all identified generators and transfer switches at the Mount Vernon Developmental Center.

A mandatory site visit for this solicitation will be held on March 27, 2026 , at The Mount Vernon Developmental Center, 1250 Vernonview Drive, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 to survey the facility’s generator(s) and transfer switch(es). The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 AM , barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay or rescheduling of the site visit.

Bidder is required to complete the item grid, attach an electronic copy of their formal written quote (that specifies and references their State of Ohio contract #) and required forms (listed under attachments) within the solicitation in OhioBuys. Proposed rates must not exceed the rates established in the State of Ohio contract, Index # (MAC034). Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.

Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.

A Basic Order Agreement (BOA) will be executed between the winning bidder and the agency to confirm the agreed upon goods and services rates and terms of engagement with the agency in accordance with the State of Ohio contract, Index # (MAC034) terms and conditions.
