Project Description: The Muddy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (MUWWTP) utilizes an ultraviolet radiation (UV) system to disinfect secondary effluent before discharging to the Ohio River. The proposed project will evaluate alternatives to replace the existing UV system, upgrade the back-up disinfection system, and address structural, mechanical, and electrical equipment deficiencies in the Disinfection process area to ensure safe and reliable operation of the new UV Disinfection system.
It is anticipated that professional engineering and related consulting services shall be provided to support the referenced project during the planning, design, and construction phases.
