Museum Exhibit Project, Amendment 0001, Extension to 9/4/2026

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0088 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). RFQ N00244-26-Q-0088 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 published in the Federal Register on March 13, 2026. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541510 Interior Design Services with a size standard of $9 (millions of dollars).

All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the US Navy Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE) Exhibit Project in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

This requirement requires the creation and installation of a new exhibit at The Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering at Port Hueneme, CA. The project consists primarily of graphic murals, minor interior architecture modifications, and a digital component (additional specific requirements and features are listed on the SOW and technical exhibit):

Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 1600 PDT on 31 August 2026. Submit vendor quote to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Keala Kia, via email to the address keala.s.kia.civ@us.navy.mil and stating - SOLICITATION N00244-26-Q-0088 CSFE Exhibit Project.

Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, quoters are hereby directed to submit question(s) no later than COB on 27 August 2026. QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.
