Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract to provide Musical Instrument Repairs according to the attached SOW.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is outlined in the SOW
Contract Term: The contract will begin on the award date and continue for one (1) year. Granite School District may renew the the contract annually for up to four (4) additional years with vendor agreement
