Murray Senior Recreation Center Roof/Fascia/Soffit Replacement

Project Description: Murray City (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors (“Offerors”) to provide and install a new membrane roof, along with fascia and soffit replacement, at the Murray Senior Recreation Center, located at 10 E. 6150 S., Murray, Utah 84107. The existing roof system has reached the end of its service life and requires complete replacement due to age and ongoing issues. The project includes approximately 20,000 square feet of roofing area. The Murray Senior Recreation Center is an important community facility serving senior residents, and timely completion of this project is necessary to maintain operations and protect the building infrastructure. Proposals must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026, 3:00 pm MST, and the project must be fully completed by October 1, 2026.
