-Upgrade the heating plant with new boilers, pumps, heating specialties, etc.
-New indoor main and gym air handling units
-New domestic hot water heater
-New Industrial Arts and Admin roof mounted air handling units
-Rebuild existing air handling units as detailed within drawing package
-Replace existing exhaust fans
-New DDC for all upgraded equipment and zone control
