MUNICIPAL TREE INVENTORY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

The City of Torrington is issuing this Request for Qualifications & Proposals (RFQ/RFP) to retain a consultant or consulting team to develop a municipal forest inventory and community forest management plan.
