The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking proposals to recondition existing softball fields at the following locations:
Barlow Field (1) Church Road, Victor Avenue (backstop at corner of Church and Victor)
Bret Harte Field Queen Anne Road & Brian Drive
Cherry Valley Field Briar Lane
Erlton Field Jefferson Avenue & Park Boulevard
Kenilworth Field Kenilworth Avenue & Olive Street
Municipal Field Dover Avenue & Weld Avenue (behind Town Hall, no outfield fence)
Vendors shall submit a price to recondition all of the fields listed in the manner as defined in the specifications.

|
Must have at least 3 years experience in softball field maintenance.

Special Requirements:

|
It is the responsibility of the vendor to visit each location identified before submitting the attached Request for Quotation sheet.
Initial work is to be completed on/or about March 20, 2026. The start date for each location will be determined by mutual agreement between the vendor and the Cherry Hill Township representative with respect to weather, field use and other factors.
