The Town is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced and qualified professional architectural and planning firms to complete the third phase which is the creation of a municipal services campus master plan. This plan would include programmatic needs, conceptual/architectural designs, and cost estimates for construction. The Town is interested in receiving proposals from multi-discipline firms or joint ventures that can provide a comprehensive master plan.
