Municipal Pool Liner Replacement

The Town of Grenfell is requesting tenders from qualified proponents to provide and install one (1) new (not used) 60 MIL PVC outdoor swimming pool liner for the municipal pool that meets or exceeds the specifications attached in this tender request. Any additional items required for successful completion of the project must be included in tender submittals.

The Proponents shall be prepared to commence work near the end of the season. Traditionally the outdoor pool season runs from May to the end of August. The Town of Grenfell would prefer the work to be carried out between mid-August and October 1, 2025.

This tender is a Request for Proposals, where factors other than pricing are evaluated and selection of the proposal is based on criteria scoring, as noted in the tender document.

The lowest or any tender may not be accepted as the Town of Grenfell reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. In addition this tender is subject to a budget, and any or all tenders may be rejected if the proposals exceed the budget or otherwise do not meet the tender specifications.

The response to this Request for Proposals must be completed as noted in the tender documents and delivered in hard copy (one bound and one unbound copy) by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time on Friday, August 1, 2025. A site visit may be requested for an appointment to occur on or before July 25, 2025.

Tenders must include all warranty periods, labour and material costs along with installation costs.
