Description
Project Description: The City of Chester is soliciting statements of interest, capabilities, and hourly fee schedules from engineering firms supporting municipalities with civil, environmental, and transportation/traffic engineering services. This is an initial one year term contract with an optional Year 2 and optional Year 3 based on service/cost satisfaction and City Council approval. The City may contract with one or more engineering firms and is expected to award in the November timeframe with a start date no later than January 1, 2027.
