The Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 is requesting quotations in writing for the desludging and dewatering of two raw water ponds. Please note: Geotubes are to be included in the bid. These ponds are in two separate Hamlets:

Site 1: Canyon Creek Raw Pond:
-Pond size is approx. 290ft x 370ft , 6m depth

Site 2: Smith Raw Pond
-Pond size is approx. 290ft x 370ft, 6m depth

The Municipality may consider the following criteria in evaluating those quotations which comply with the "Instructions to Bidders" and the "Specifications" attached hereto:
a. Cost to the MDLSR
b. Availability of prompt service
c. Past performance
d. Availability and applicability of warranty
e. Capability and capacity to complete conditions and specification
f. Ability to meet the request for quotation conditions and specification
g. Quotation within the existing budget
h. Any other relevant factors
