Project Description: The City of Tallahassee is seeking a qualified contractor interested in providing all services, labor and materials necessary to construct a new Municipal Complex for Underground Utilities and Public Infrastructure on a portion of a 64-acre site located on Rankin Avenue. The City is considering the services of a Construction Management Firm At Risk (CM/GC) for the Project in accordance with Section 255.103 F.S. and Section 287.055 F.S.
