Municipal Building Office Alterations

Project Description: Sealed Bids will be received by Solebury Township through the PennBid Program until 2:00 pm., Tuesday, March 04, 2025. Bids will be opened electronically shortly after 2:00 PM.
For: Solebury Township Municipal Building Office Alterations 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury, PA 18963.
Beginning Monday, February 10, 2025, electronic files of the Drawings and Specifications will be available to prospective bidders, free of charge, from PennBid (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com) . All bids must be submitted utilizing the PennBid Program.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Solebury Township Building, 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury, PA 18963, at 10:00 am, Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
If additional information is required concerning the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents all questions must be submitted in writing through the PennBid Program by Tuesday, February 25, 2025 by 12:00 PM.
Each bid must include Bid Security, a certified check, bank check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of PA, in the amount of 10% of the total contract amount, including all add alternates, payable to Solebury Township. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder with a corporate surety approved by Solebury Township. Bidding will be public, utilize Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates established by the Commonwealth of PA Department of Labor and Industry and be received in Three (3) Multiple Prime Bids for new construction. Multiple Prime Bids will be received for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction.
The Project falls under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012, 43 P.S. § 167.1, which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government’s E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
All bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of gender, sex, age, disability, race, color, creed, ethnicity, national origin or other protected classification in consideration for an award.
