The project consists of the partial demolition of existing structure (1939 building), general, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, technology work for construction of a new addition to and renovation of the existing 1975 building and related site work.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024 in the Council Chambers located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 201 W. Poplar Street, Sidney, Ohio. A walk-through of the site will be offered during the pre-bid meeting.
Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the Bid Express website no later than 1 :00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, January 23, 2025. Questions submitted outside of Bid Express will not be answered.
The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio for Building Construction.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
