The Public Library Services Branch (PLSB) of Alberta Municipal Affairs seeks to acquire a cloud-based solution that enables public library patrons to access local, national, and international newspapers in electronic format.

The solution will be made available through all public libraries participating in the Alberta Public Library Network (currently over 325 public library locations operated by 230 unique library boards.)

•        the mandatory requirements and desirable functionality of the solution;
•        how to prepare, format, and submit a proposal; and,
•        the criteria and process for evaluating proposals.
