The proposed project is for the demolition of existing tennis courts and associated items,
including lighting and a gravel parking lot. The project will consist of construction of storm
sewers and drainage structures, new asphalt tennis courts, pickleball courts, padel ball court and
all associated items, new asphalt parking lot and concrete curbs and concrete pavement and
sidewalks. The project will also include new lighting, fencing, pavement markings and soil
erosion control measures. The project anticipated start date is April 7, 2025 and shall be
substantially completed by July 18, 2025.
