Project Description: The City of Peoria Arizona (The City) is seeking qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for phased improvements to a City owned commercial property located at 10857 N 95th Ave in south Peoria. The intent of the property is to adapt and house expanding Police Department needs which include specialty vehicle storage, impounded evidence vehicle storage, evidence vehicle forensics, long-term evidence storage, tactical training, and supporting office.
