Multiple Buildings Envelope & Structural Repairs Phase 1

MACC $3,080,000

Due: June 20, 2025

The repair and/or replacement of the roofs for Peck Hall, Todd Hall, Telecom, and JUB. This project includes replacement roofing and flashing: rework of coping, parapets, and other roof details as required. The project will also repair or replace existing doors, windows, overhangs, and exterior building cladding in multiple buildings as necessary to improve the integrity of the exterior envelope & to prevent water intrusion into buildings. Repairs to structural components of multiple buildings will also be addressed as part of the project scope
