Multiple-Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for Installation of Playground Equipment, Exercise Equipment and Site Amenities on an As-Needed Basis

The Park Development Division of the Montgomery County Department of Parks is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of new play equipment, exercise equipment and site amenities in various parks on an as-needed basis. The projects may involve demolition, removal of play apparatus, grading, edging, surfacing, fencing, stormwater management measures, and associated work. Contractors selected as a result of this solicitation will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials, and for performing all work necessary for the delivery of a complete project, pursuant to and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Drawings, Specifications, General and Special Conditions, Bidding Documents, and Contract.
