Multifunctional Copier Fleet & Managed Print Services

The City of Hialeah is seeking a qualified Vendor to provide a turnkey managed print solution, structured as a sixty (60) month lease, utilizing an established and recognized cooperative purchasing agreement (e.g., Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, NASPO ValuePoint). The selected Vendor will be responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of approximately 104 Multifunctional Printers (MFPs) across multiple municipal facilities. The Vendor must provide comprehensive Managed Print Services (MPS), including all maintenance, repairs, parts, and consumable supplies (excluding paper), billed on a Cost-Per-Copy (CPC) basis. Furthermore, the City expects competitive responses to offer additional, deeper discounts extending beyond the standard ceiling pricing established in the Vendor's respective cooperative contract.
