Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at DPW Field
Office,1118 F Street, 3rd Floor, Lewiston, Idaho, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026,
for Project 25155, Multibuilding ADA Improvements, Lewis-Clark State College, Lewiston, Idaho
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include ADA improvements at various
locations throughout the Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC) campus in Lewiston, Idaho, per the program
documents forwarded by LCSC from the Office of Civil Rights (OCR), and additional findings by the
Architect during further field-observations during design. LCSC has self-performed some ADA
improvements and will be providing the new drinking fountains from their current stock
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 30, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Lewis-Clark State College, Physical Plant, 538 11th Ave - Lewiston, ID. Bidders are
encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
