All proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner St., Des Plaines, IL 60016, before 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in City Hall Room 101. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
