Multi-Use Practice Facility in Sheridan, AR

Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Sheridan School District, and will be receiving bids for the Multi-Use Practice Facility in Sheridan, AR. This consists of a new 35,090-square-foot multi-use practice pavilion that includes synthetic turf, batting cages, retractable net systems, and filming platforms to support athletic training and school activities.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. May 14th, 2026, and should be emailed to Michael Molnar ( MMolnar@crcrawford.com ) and Cassidy McClard ( CMcClard@CRCrawford.com ). There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid that exceeds $35,000.00 Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
