NOTICE
INFORMAL REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB)
MULTI-USE COURT RESURFACING AND RESTRIPING

Notice is hereby given that bid proposals will be received at the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, Parks Division until May 22, 2025, at or before 3:00 p.m. local time, for performing all work necessary and incidental to:

Resurfacing and restriping the Multi-Use Court at Arroyo Vista Community Park in accordance with this RFB.

Copies of the Bid documents may be obtained online by visiting http://www.moorparkca.gov/bids.aspx .

Bidders must register with the City’s Parks Division no later than May 16, 2025, to be eligible to submit a bid. The City will use this information to notify you of any addenda to these documents.  Without this information, the City has no way of identifying who may have outdated or incomplete copies.  It is the prospective bidder’s responsibility to ensure the most complete and current versions of the documents are obtained, including any addenda.

Bid Submittal:  Bids must be prepared on the Informal Bid Proposal forms provided.  Mail or deliver one (1) hard copy of your bid to: City of Moorpark, 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, CA 93021, Attn: Leland Baxter, Parks and Facilities Supervisor. Submit bid in a sealed envelope marked “DO NOT OPEN.  INFORMAL BID FOR MULTI-USE COURT RESURFACING”.

Bids received after the submittal deadline will not be considered.
