The Education Service Center Region 2 (ESC2) is inviting vendors to deliver a comprehensive multi-tier system of support (MTSS) aimed at addressing educational and mental health disparities. ESC2 serves a predominantly minority student population, with over 88% identifying as minorities and more than 81% classified as economically disadvantaged. The center's mission is to improve the quality of life and academic outcomes for more than 95,775 students across 41 school districts. This RFP is for a one (1) year contract with the option to renew four (4) additional one (1) year contracts. |
