The Town of Madison (ToM) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for three assessments that include architectural / engineering skills; space planning; and land management / land development. Given the multi-faceted nature of these tasks, professional firms are invited to propose services for one or more of these tasks – pricing will be provided for each task separately and for multiple tasks if proposed.
The selected firm(s) will work closely with the Town’s Facilities Committee and key Town administrators to assist in the development of a conceptual plan to address the potential development options of 250 to 300 acres of vacant / underutilized land, the restoration of an 1897 vintage old meeting hall, and space planning for two vacant school buildings. The detailed scope of work for each task is provided in the background statements for each task. This initiative aims to conceptualize the most efficient use of properties and create sustainable community resources.

Visits to specific sites (Memorial Town Hall, Jeffrey School and Ryerson School) will be available after the pre-proposal conference This will be the only opportunity to view existing conditions, as firms may NOT visit the site at any other times when school is in session.
