The selected firm(s) will work closely with the Town’s Facilities Committee and key Town administrators to assist in the development of a conceptual plan to address the potential development options of 250 to 300 acres of vacant / underutilized land, the restoration of an 1897 vintage old meeting hall, and space planning for two vacant school buildings.
