Multi- Sensor core logger (MSCL-S)

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Multi- Sensor core logger (MSCL-S) from Geotek LTD as a sole source based on the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services and the only provider able to meet critical parameters or time frames to support research and/ or business needs of the University. OSU needs the MSCL-S for measuring geophysical properties of the cores, inform coring decisions and real-time during research cruises. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
