Project Description:

UT Health San Antonio requires a vendor to provide a web-based, self-service and user friendly multi-rater (360 Degree Feedback) assessment service. Faculty and staff should receive confidential, anonymous feedback from their peers/colleagues, direct reports, manager/supervisor, and select other stakeholders. This blend of respondents will complete an anonymous online feedback form that asks pre-determined questions that align to UT Health San Antonio Leadership Competencies. The feedback forms will include questions that are measured on a rating scale and also ask raters to provide written comments. Every request for feedback should include a date by which respondents need to reply. The ideal amount of response time would be between 10 and 15 business days.

The multi-rater tool service should automatically tabulate the results and present them in a format that helps the feedback recipient understand their strengths and opportunities for development and create a subsequent action/development plan. Both standard and customizable reports should be available. Preidentified UT Health San Antonio administrators should have access to the reports to ensure effective dispersal of the information. The chosen vendor will also provide administrative training and technical support to a minimum of five (5) UT Health San Antonio representatives/ administrators throughout the process.
