Description
Electronic responses will be received from qualified contractors through the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025
for Multi-Function Copier Equipment. Only electronic submissions will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
The name of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah GA 31401.
A Microsoft Teams meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2025 to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise. You are invited to attend.
Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities.
