Multi-Community Sanitation Backup Generators

Project Description: Funder Review:
The funding source for this project has required bids to be acquired before full funding will be provided. This review will add approximately 2-3 weeks to the review process.
The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the Project includes completing a generator project for each of the following communities: Chevak, Grayling, Holy Cross, Nunam Iqua, South Naknek.
Each community will require different services, different size generators, different type foundations, etc. Bidders shall thoroughly review specifications and drawings for each community before developing a bid for a community.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with projects of a similar nature.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be approximately $3,500,000 – $4,000,000 (all communities).
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 11/1/2026 and final completion date of 12/1/2026 for all communities.
Award Statement:
Award(s) will be based on the total for each community.
Each community has its own funding source, and award will be made only if the total bid cost for the community falls within available funding.
