The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting formal proposals for: Multi-Campus MDF/IDF HVAC Replacements (Phase 2)
The District is utilizing the RFCSP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2269.
NOTE
: BASE Proposals are due on SEPTEMBER 24
, 2025 by 2:00 PM in Ionwave. ALTERNATE PROPOSALS are due on SEPTEMBER 24, 2025 by 3:00 PM in Ionwave. Both submissions
must
be submitted separately to be considered for contract award.
Late responses WILL NOT be accepted.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
Wednesday September 10, 2025,
a
t 10:00 AM at the Clear Creek ISD Central Support Facility (non-mandatory).
Please Note:
All questions will be answered and posted in IonWave. Any questions received after the question cut-off date and time of: September 24, 2025, at noon
will not
be addressed.
Anticipated Award of this Contract is: October 27, 2025.
To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in IonWave. No mail-in or hand-delivered proposals will be considered for contract award.
