Solicitation Description:

The Spring Independent School District ("District") requests competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of identifying a vendor(s) to supply Multi-Campus Marquee Replacement to support the needs of the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP).

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on May 02, 2025 at 3:00 PM at 15330 Kuykendahl Rd, Houston, TX 77090. Attendance is highly recommended.

Contractor Qualifications to be submitted online by 2:00 PM (CST) Friday, May 09, 2025. Qualifications will be submitted online in the Spring ISD eBid System.

Competitive Sealed Proposals for the above referenced project will be received by Spring Independent School District in the Child Nutrition Center 15330 Kuykendahl Rd, Houston, TX 77090, Attn: Phillip Ellison, at the specified date and time. All proposals must be on a lump sum basis. Proposals will be received on May 30, 2025 until 2:00 PM for Base Proposal. Any proposal received after the specified date and time according to the Owner’s clock at the place of submittal will not be accepted. Proposals shall be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 2:01 PM. The total construction budget is approximately $3,200,000.

An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on June 10, 2025.

Spring ISD will use this online bidding system to post and receive the qualifications package electronically.
