Multi Beam Sonar

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Blueprint Subsea Oculus M1200d Multi Beam Sonar from Blueprint Design Engineering as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the goods being compatible with existing lines of equipment. Sonar must be compatible with existing Blue ROV platform, have a physical size of approximately 128mm X 128mm X 70mm and a water weight less than 400g. It must be powered by a 14.8V battery and use a communication protocol that can be managed by Robot Operating System. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010.
